Teller/ Outreach Assistant

Process a variety of financial transactions in both lobby and, when needed, remotely in various locations in a timely, accurate and professional manner. Maintain thorough knowledge of all Credit Union products and services. Evaluate sales opportunities, make recommendations or offer products and refer members. HS Diploma/ preferred Associates Degree. Six months teller experience or equivalent cash handling, and/ or customer service. Marketing/ Outreach experience a plus. Ability to interact with others in a positive manner both in person and by phone. Strong communication skills. Ability to accurately and efficiently enter data and update member financial records via computer. Ability and willingness to sell products and services.
